Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1 cup
- White pepper powder - 1 tspn
- Egg - 1
- Corn flour - 2 tspn
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
- Salt
- Onion - 1
- Chopped Ginger and cellary
- Fresh red chilli paste - 1 tspn
- Spring onions
- Mint leavves
- Pepper powder
- Lemon extract
Preparation:
- Mix white pepper powder, egg, corn flour, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Mix cauliflower with the above said mixture for half an hour
- Deep fry the cauliflower
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add chopped onion, ginger, cellary, fresh red chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and cauliflower fry.
- Saute well and add pepper powder, spring onion and mint leaves.
- Saute well and add salt to taste and add lemon extract finally.
