Ingredients:
- Paneer
- Curd
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Garam masala powder
- Dhaniya powder
- Ginger garlic paste
Preparation:
- Marinate the paneer cubes in curd,salt,chilli,garam masala & dhaniya powder and ginger garlic paste for 1 to 2 hours.
- Then heat oil in a pan.
- Add the marinated paneer cubes for deep and shallow fry.
- Add little oil in a pan and add some capsicum and chopped onion and stir till it turns brown.
- Add tomato sauce and soya sauce for blending and stir for few minutes and off the flame.
- Take a lemon and garnish the tikka with coriander leaves, sliced onions and lemon.
- Serve it hot as a starter or evening snack.
