Ingredients:
- Palak - 200 gms
- Paneer - 200 gms
- Curd - 200 gms
- Chilli powder
- 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
- 2 tspn dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tspn garam masala powder
- Pinch of chat masala and black salt
- Salt
- 2 tspn oil
- Chopped onion - 2
- Chopped tomato - 4
- Cashew nut - 10
Preparation:
- Beat the curd well and keep it aside.
- Make a paste of cashew nut.
- Add all powders and salt to curd and mix it well.
- Then add blanched palak and grind it.
- Heat oil and butter together in a pan.
- Saute with pattai, kirambu, ellachi, onion, gignger garlic paste and tomato.
- Add the palak to it.
- Add salt, pinch of chilli powder, paneer, cashewnut paste and saute for few minutes.
- Off the stove and add fresh cream to it for final serving.
- Serve it with chappathi, naan and parathas.
