Ingredients:
- Channa
- Baby Potatos - 6 nos
- Coriander seeds - 2tspn
- Curry leaves
- Garlic
- Green chilli
- Salt
- Cumin seeds
- Onion and tomato chopped
- Dhaniya powder
- Garam masala powder
Preparation:
- Grind the coriander seeds,curry leaves, garlic, green chilli with salt.
- Boil the potatoes and channa in pressure cooker.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds, onion, tomato and saute till it turns brown.
- Add dhaniya powder and add the grinned powders(1) and add water.
- Make it boil well.
- Add channa and boiled potatoes with garam masala and salt.
- Stir it well tell it gets blended.
- Add coriander leaves and serve it hot for chappathi, puri and rice.
